Kayamaris Hotel & Spa has been open in Marmaris since 1995 for all holiday lovers.

(Our hotel has been completely renovated in 2015.) It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday opportunity for families with children and couples, both within its proximity to the city centre and away from the noise. Located 30 m walking distance from the sea, the hotel also has a private beach.

The hotel is 2 km from the city centre and within walking distance of shopping centres. Kayamaris Hotel has 117 rooms. We have four different types of rooms: standard room, Standard sea view room, Triple room, and Family room. All of our rooms have free internet access. All of our rooms have a balcony, mirrored make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, mini-bar, digital safe (with charge), LCD satellite TV, and telephone.
